2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

30-Day Guarantee

All new paid subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

Eligibility for 30-Day Refund

  • Request must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription
  • Applies to first-time subscribers only
  • Available for both monthly and annual plans
  • No usage restrictions during the guarantee period

  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate payments
  • Technical Issues: Persistent technical problems that prevent normal service use
  • Subscription Cancellation: Accidental renewals canceled within 7 days
  • Feature Removal: Significant feature removals that affect your primary use case

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Subscriptions used for more than 30 days (except in special circumstances)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made after account termination for policy violations
  • Change of mind after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (subjective)

7. Subscription Cancellation

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
  • Canceled subscriptions can be reactivated before the period ends

Processing Fees

  • WriterNode absorbs all refund processing fees
  • You receive the full amount you originally paid
  • No deductions for payment processing costs

9. Special Circumstances

Extended Refund Consideration

We may consider refunds beyond our standard policy for:

  • Medical emergencies or hardship situations
  • Extended service outages affecting your work
  • Significant changes to service terms or pricing
  • Technical issues that couldn't be resolved

Enterprise and Team Plans

  • Custom refund terms may apply to enterprise customers
  • Team plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Contact your account manager for enterprise refund requests

10. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

  • You can appeal the decision within 30 days
